Vancouver Pride w/Queer As Funk: 5 Years of Funk!

Put the candles on the cake.... it's time to CELEBRATE!

This year's Vancouver Pride show is extra special. It's been five years since this group of friends got together to share their love of music with you, let's celebrate!

Queer As Funk's resident DJ, Djslade Macdoog will be spinning tunes pre-show,

and bringing the funk with the rest of the band.

LGBTTIQQ2SA and allies are always welcome!

We know ticket fees and service charges can get you down, so we're dropping the price to absorb some of that cost. Tickets only $36 including GST and SC.

It started, like most good ideas, over beer and song. Only five short years later, Queer as Funk is renowned for its tight rhythm section, hot horns, and killer vocals, bringing together the city’s best musicians in an explosive, high-energy dance band. There's nothing this tight-knit band loves more than performing together, and that love is palpable to audiences everywhere.

"There's nowt so queer as folk", or so the old English adage goes. Queer As Funk believes in celebrating differences, and what better way than with a big ol' dance party?

Presented by Railtown Entertainment.

The Commodore Ballroom is wheelchair and scooter accessible. Elevator access is available through the main entrance on Granville Street.
