Interweaving threads of yoga philosophy with the practice of asana and pranayama gives you the chance to immerse yourself in the wholeness of Yoga during these 3 days. Through classes, talks and restorative yoga, you will have the opportunity to deepen your enjoyment and understanding.
Frances has been
teaching Iyengar yoga for over 30 years and established the Yoga Centre 12 years ago. Her journey has taken her to India many times to study with the Iyengar family. More recently she has embraced a study of Patanjali's yoga philosophy and chanting in the ancient Vedic tradition. Her commitment to yoga in a therapeutic context enables her to adapt her classes for individual needs.

“Beautiful space, wonderful to practice where facilities are so good”
“It’s always so good to spend a longer time doing yoga. Every year I can see my progress. The sequences both support individual poses and illustrate a theme. There’s also a lot of individual support”

“Love the integration of yoga philosophy, asana and pranayama”
This Summer School is suitable for those with 2 years or more practice of Iyengar yoga.
