Patner/acro yoga

In this training, students will learn to incorporate Partner Yoga poses into their classes and/or create basic practices for two using the principles of safety, grounding, balance, trust, and touch. Students will also learn to fly with the basics of Acro Yoga, principles of bone stacking and counterbalancing.

Partner Yoga brings two or more people joining together to deepen the impact and experience of a yoga practice.
