Meditation is a time set aside to be aware--to know. In this world filled with information incessantly bombarding and fighting for our attention it is nearly impossible to find the headspace to be still. This workshop will introduce what meditation is, and then you will be invited into 45 minutes of
rest--restful awareness. We'll explore knowing yourself, your world, and your place. Once you begin to listen, to know, and find peace in the knowing, you'll be able to move with intent and purpose through your life.
