Come join us for a fun-filled week of Yoga Summer Camp!
With an equal balance of play and rest, kids will learn how to slow down, breathe, and feel joyful!
Your children will gain a better awareness of their bodies and minds through yoga poses which focus on balance, strength and acceptance and mindfulness
activities that teach self-awareness.
They will be sure to make great friends and will have fun creating and expressing through daily arts and crafts, songs and yoga games! These growing children will experience the benefits of yoga and mindfulness in a positive and non-competitive atmosphere.

What we will learn:
~ Yoga poses (asanas)
~ Simple, yet effective mindfulness/breathing techniques Relaxation and guided visualizations
~ How to slow down and find calmness within!
~ Connection, self-discovery, acceptance, trust Identification of emotions/regulation
~ Healthy food and lifestyle choices …. and so much more along the way!
No previous yoga experience is necessary!
Dates: Monday, August 13th to Friday, August 17th
Time: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm each day Ages: 6 - 11 year old boys and girls
What to bring:
~ Yoga mat (if you have one! We will have extras also).
~ Water bottle and healthy snack.
~ Please leave electronics at home!
Cost: $160.00 for the week, per camper.
Registration deadline is July 31st, 2018. Maximum 15 participants, so register early!
