Join us for an Ashtanga yoga weekend intensive at the beautiful Cafe Mila in Godalming.
Saturday 1.30-6, Sunday 1.30-4 plus lunch
Over the two days we will explore the Ashtanga yoga practice, through breathwork, meditation and movement.
During the afternoon workshops we will explore how we can best
utilise the tools within the Ashtanga yoga system to create a lightly flowing, yet powerful practice that stills the mind and nourishes the soul.

The structure of the sessions will be as follows:
13:30 - 15:30 Breathing techniques, Meditation and Ashtanga counted class
16:00 - 18:00 Workshop - Utilising Structure to create flow
1:30 - 13:15 Breathing techniques, Meditation and Ashtanga mysore practice
14:00 - 16:00 Workshop - Looking within
The price includes a healthy vegetarian lunch on Sunday as well as tea, coffee and fresh fruit juice during the breaks.
This mini reTREAT is open to all levels of practitioners and will be led by Claire Berghorst of Just Love Yoga
Claire is a dedicated student of the Ashtanga yoga system and has completed the 3rd series with her teacher. Claire freely shares her own challenges as well as those useful little tips that she has picked up along her journey.
